Salmon Fish Rawa Fry



Ingredients:

Salmon fish fillet –  8 sliced pieces
Red chilly powder – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 tablespoon
Semolina – ¼ cup
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Recipe:

  • Wash and clean salmon pieces.
  • Drain out water completely.
  • In a bowl mix red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt.
  • Make a thick paste without adding water to it.
  • Rub this paste on all pieces of salmon making sure all sides are completely coated by marinade.
  • Cover and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
  • In a plate mix semolina with little red chilly powder and salt.
  • Coat the fish from all sides with semolina mixture.
  • Heat oil in non-stick frying pan.
  • Once oil is hot, shallow-fry fish from both the sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with Rice or Roti.
