Ingredients:
Salmon fish fillet – 8 sliced
pieces
Red chilly powder – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 tablespoon
Semolina – ¼ cup
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Recipe:
- Wash and clean salmon pieces.
- Drain out water completely.
- In a bowl mix red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt.
- Make a thick paste without adding water to it.
- Rub this paste on all pieces of salmon making sure all sides are completely coated by marinade.
- Cover and keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
- In a plate mix semolina with little red chilly powder and salt.
- Coat the fish from all sides with semolina mixture.
- Heat oil in non-stick frying pan.
- Once oil is hot, shallow-fry fish from both the sides until golden brown.
- Serve with Rice or Roti.
